You’re Too Sensitive

Did you know that people with ADHD can experience things in an extreme, hypersensitive way? Emotional self-control can be a challenge and they can have hypersensitivity to things like sounds and light and even the feel of things against their skin. This doesn’t mean they’re too sensitive, it means it’s a part of their ADHD.
